RTerms of service

These terms and conditions of service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the general terms and conditions under which Pindi Kinnisvara OÜ provides a sales estimate service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
- CONTRACT

- The provider of the sales estimate service is Pindi Kinnisvara OÜ, registration code 10677258, located in Harju County, Tallinn, Central City District, Tartu mnt 16, 10117 (hereinafter referred to as “Pindi”).
- The recipient of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) is a natural or legal person with whom Pindi has entered into a contract in order to provide the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
- The Contract will be concluded in writing in a reproducible form or orally. Oral agreements shall be confirmed by e-mail, if possible.
- SERVICE
- Pindi provides a consultation service (hereinafter “Service”) to the Customer who owns real estate when determining the sale price of the property. Pindi decides the specific way and details of providing the service.
- In order to provide the service, the Client allows Pindi to examine the property. If the examination of the property is not possible, the Client will send the pictures of the property to Pindi.
- Providing a service to a person who has turned to Pindi with such a request is a right, not an obligation.
- A sales estimate prepared in the course of providing a property owner with the consultation service does not constitute an expert valuation of the property.
- The sales estimate prepared as part of the real estate owner’s consultation service is not intended to be used for assessing the market value of the loan collateral and submitting it to the creditor.
- FEE
- The service is free of charge for the real estate owner.
- If it turns out, during the provision of the Service or prior to the provision of the Service, that the Customer requests and/or needs another service, Pindi has the right to refer the Customer to another service and, if that is a paid service, Pindi will be entitled to charge the Customer for the service. The principles of calculating the fee for a paid service are agreed on in a separate contract.
- Agreements on fees are confidential.
- CONFIDENTIALITY

- Pindi is obliged to keep confidential any information it has received from the Customer in connection with providing the Service, unless a law states a direct obligation to disclose such information or if the Customer has given consent (including in the Contract) to the disclosure of information. The obligation of confidentiality includes the fact of turning to Pindi with a view to use a Service, the content of the Service and the amount of the Fee.
- PERSONAL DATA
- Pindi has the right to collect, store, use and process the personal data of the Customer and of persons directly associated with the Customer in accordance with the laws applicable to the protection of personal data, including for the management of customer relations, the fulfilment of legal obligations and for marketing purposes.
- Pindi may disclose the personal data of the Customer and persons directly associated with the Customer to third parties if the relevant information is necessary for the provision of the Service.
- LIABILITY
- Pindi is not obliged to verify the accuracy of the information entrusted to it by the Customer and is not responsible for the veracity of the information provided to it by the Customer.
- Pindi shall be liable for the breach of its obligations under the Contract and for damage caused in the due course of the provision of the Service only in the case of intent. Pindi shall not be liable for any loss of income or damage caused by a change in the value of the real estate.
- TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

- The Customer may terminate the Contract at any time by notifying Pindi.
- Pindi may terminate the Contract at any time by notifying the Customer 2 days in advance.
