The entire plot is largely covered with dense greenery with trees left intact – mainly junipers, which creates a very private neighbourhood. Noise and pollutions levels in the neighbourhood of the plot are very low.
Number of buildings allowed – 3 (1 residential building and 2 auxiliary buildings.). Balanced, harmonious timber architecture is favoured. It is possible to use wooden, shingle, thatched, tiled or tiling imitation roofs with an inclination of 30 to 45 degrees. The recommended building material is timber (log or wooden house), which, given the specific environment and neighbourhood, is a traditional and environment friendly material. In exterior finish as many genuine and natural materials as possible should be preferred (timber, stone, metal, reed). The allowable number of storeys of the buildings is 1.5 (main floor plus attic floor). It is recommended to make wood fence barriers.
