Pindi Kinnisvara was established in May 1995. During the 15 years of activity, the company has developed into the largest real estate company in Estonia and one of the leading real estate companies of the Baltic States. Pindi Kinnisvara has the biggest office network in Estonia, our specialists serve clients in 18 towns (in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Kuressaare, Valga, Võru, Viljandi, Põlva, Paide, Rakvere, Haapsalu, Türi, Jõhvi, Jõgeva, Tapa, Rapla and Kärdla).

The activities of the company include three main groups of services: intermediation, assessment service and administration service.

In our company, more than 200 great people have been found useful. Our team consists of the greatest professionals of Estonia. There are 39 certified specialists working under our brand, including 17 brokers and 14 evaluators, 2 senior administrators, maintenance manager, 2 junior administrators and 3 maintenance specialist. With these indicators, we definitely outnumber all other operating real estate companies.

We are one of the leaders on the evaluation market, our evaluations are accepted by all banks, lease companies and other credit institutions in Estonia and Latvia.

Pindi Kinnisvara is actively operating in all greater real estate unions – Estonian Association of Real Estate Companies, Estonian Association of Appraisers, Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, Association of Estonian Facilities Administrators and Maintainers. Peep Sooman, member of the board of Pindi Kinnisvara, belongs to the board of the Association of Real Estate Companies, having the status of the chairman of the board there since 2007. Margus Pilv, manager of the residential valuation department of Pindi Kinnisvara, belongs to the board of the Estonian Association of Appraisers.
