Brokerage price list

• Purchase and sale representation of residential and business premises: up to 5% of the value of the purchase-sale transaction + VAT. The prices of the service may differ regionally and depend on the workload of the estate agent.
• Purchase representation service upon buying: start from EEK 5,000 + VAT. The prices of the service may differ regionally and depend on the workload of the estate agent.
• Rental representation of residential premises: one month’s base rent, no value added tax (except for Tallinn).
• Rental representation of business premises: one month’s base rent, but not less than EEK 1,500 + VAT.
• Counselling service: EEK 500 + VAT per visit of one object. Formalising the transaction in Pindi Kinnisvara, no separate fee will be charged for the counselling service.
• The prices for the purchase-, sale- or rental representation services of major projects are agreed upon separately.

The exact percentage depends on the quantity of the broker’s work, the complexity of the sale, the financing amount of the real estate company for advertisements and other marketing outputs, the status of the client, etc.
